- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Hash
- sweet potatoes, cubed
- cloves garlic
- ½ red onion
- " ginger
- cheddar
- parmesan
- eggs
Garnish
- ¼–½ cup pickled carrots
- gochujang
- green onion
Instructions

Toss potatoes, onions, garlic, ginger and spice mix with olive oil.
