- cooked rice, day old
- eggs, beaten
- slices bacon, pan-fried and chopped
- shredded cheddar
- gochujang
- chilli garlic sauce
- chilli crisp
- pickled carrots
- green onion
Instructions

Cook bacon until crispy, chop.

Season rice with gochujang, chilli garlic sauce, and chilli crisp. Season eggs with salt.

Fry seasoned rice in oil, press flat, pour eggs over top.

Top with bacon, cheddar, and pickled carrots. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
