    Season rice with gochujang, chilli garlic sauce, and chilli crisp. Season eggs with salt.

    Fry seasoned rice in oil, press flat, pour eggs over top.

    Top with bacon, cheddar, and pickled carrots. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.

    Fold and cook 1 minute uncovered. Slice and serve with green onion.
