Ingredients
- block firm tofu, pressed
- gochugaru
- limes, juiced
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- maple syrup
- cloves garlic, minced
Instructions

Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove moisture.

Whisk together all marinade ingredients.

Cube tofu and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Pan-fry or bake at 200C for 25 minutes until crispy.
