Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454g) broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with oil.

    In a bowl, combine water, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, chili paste, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, and sesame seeds.

    Toss broccoli florets with seasoning mixture until thoroughly coated.
