Ingredients
- (454g) tomatillos, husked and quartered
- white onion, quartered
- cloves garlic
- scotch bonnet pepper, seeds removed
- lime, juiced
- (32g) cilantro, loosely packed
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Add tomatillos, onion, garlic, and scotch bonnet to a blender.

Add cilantro and lime juice.

Pulse to desired consistency β chunky or smooth.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust lime juice as needed.
