Jamaican Coconut Coleslaw Dressing
A light coconut milk and cream dressing with lime, brown sugar, allspice, and scotch bonnet heat. Enough for 400g / one standard bag of coleslaw mix.

Ingredients
- coconut milk
- coconut cream
- Β½ tsp neutral oil
- Juice of 1 lime (~2 tbsp)
- apple cider vinegar
- brown sugar
- ΒΌ tsp allspice
- ΒΌ tsp scotch bonnet hot sauce (or Β½ tsp minced fresh)
- Β½ tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients until sugar dissolves.

Adjust lime and sugar balance to preference.

Toss with coleslaw mix no more than 15 minutes before serving.
